Investing in property is
becoming more and more popular in Ireland.
We can arrange investment property mortgages of up to 90% of the property
price on a standalone basis, or of up to 100%, by releasing equity from your
existing property.
Most lenders charge a premium rate for investment properties (e.g. between
0.25% - 0.5% on top of the standard rate), but we can offer investors rates
on a par with with owner occupier rates.
Getting a lower rate can save you thousand's over the term of the mortgage
so it makes sense to shop around, rather than taking what your bank offers
you.
